The registration fee includes: Documentation and attendance at the meeting and coffe break.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT METHOD:

Cancellation Policy:
Until 15th May: 100% refund. No cacellations are allowed after 15th May.

Prices per night. Taxes (21% IVA), breakfast and buffet are included.

Send en e-Mail to the Technical Secretary with the following data: Check in and Check out days and Registered person´s name. Room reservations are not guaranteed after 15th May.

Cancellation Policy:
Before 15th May, cancellations are not penalized. No cancellatoins are allowed from May 16th.
